My daughter's ipod touch 4 has stopped sending/receiving texts. It looks like it's going to send, but stops at about 90% complete.
I have tried all the fixes suggested on the support sites, but nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated.

So you tried everything here:
If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Do you have other devices on which Messages works connected to this same network? If not try connecting to another network.
Also try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
You will have to rejoin all wifi networks and re-pair bluetooth devices
- Restore from backup. See:
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
