My phone is acting weird
Im so lost like when I put my metro pcs SIM card in it it says
"Phone not allowed" but when I put the AT&T SIM card in it, it says "Sim not provisioned", what does that mean ?

Do you have an unlocked iPhone? Sounds like it is locked to AT&T, so it will not accept the metro sim, but the AT&T sim has not been validated by the carrier. Go to an AT&T store and have them validate your sim.
