video playback is not supported is not supported on this computer

I have a HP pc. windows 7.

video play fine till the other day. now it says (video playback is not supported on this computer)

now I can't watch any of my tv shows that I bought from I tunes over the years . they worked before.

I will try installing iTunes again.



what can I do to get them back

Uninstall iTunes and supporting components, then install the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release and QuickTime.
