iphone6 spontaneously grays out bluetooth and wifi buttons and locks in off mode. Comes back hours later. Also screen freezing periodically but responds to hard restart until happens again.

iphone 6 buttons lock out in gray mode wifi and bluetooth in off, after been set to on and working fine. Corrects in hours without intervention, but cannot be fixed manually by restart or hard start. Screens also locking periodically but fixable by restart. Is there a fix?

Take it to an Apple store. It sounds like a hardware problem, and, as the phone is still in warranty, they will replace it unless it has visible damage, has been opened, or is jailbroken.
