I cant find/delete/install the Apple Mobile Device; Error 3 in Windows 8

Good evening

I've been trying to connect my iPhone 5s into my iTunes n my windows 8 64 bit computer but its not responding no it. It has synced before and I don't know what happened now. I've tried reinstalling iTunes and it doesn't work. Ive tried installing the Apple Mobile Device Service, but it doesn't change anything. I've tried activating it but when i go to services, and i try to start it, it comes up with an Error 3 and that the system couldn't find it or something. Ive tried many different ways to fix it, but none have worked. Please help me.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.

The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.

Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

If the issue persists and you have a 64-bit system try the for older video cards version which is a 64-bit installer for mostly 32-bit code, similar to all 64-bit versions of iTunes up to 12.1.

The problem persists and so far, everything works except the "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver". I went to its Properties and the 'Device status says:

"

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

{Unable to Load Device Driver}

%hs device driver could not be loaded.

Error Status was 0x%x

"

I've tried updating it automatically and it doesn't work.

Help me.

Start at the top. Uninstall all Apple components and delete any of the named folders as outlined in Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates. Reboot. Run services.msc to make sure none of the Apple services are still listed. Check and remove any Apple devices listed in devmgmt.msc. Temporarily disable any AV software. Right-click on your downloaded iTunes setup file and choose Run as Administrator.
