how to import songs into iTunes 12 from garageband 10

I am new to Yosemite. iTunes and Garageband have changed such that I can not figure out how to do what used to be so simple. I used to be able to "Send to... iTunes" but I no longer have that option.

Any suggestions?

there is an issue with iTunes, for now the workaround is to use Share to Disk instead (you can then drop the exported file into iTunes if you wish)
