How do I add music to my iphone?

I have imported music (wav files converted from Flac files) to my iTunes Library on my Windows computer. When I sync my Iphone 5s it does not add these files. On iTunes on my computer, when I'm in settings for Music, it gives me an option to Sync voice memos but not music.
