Can having problems with my NDIDIA graphics driver on my computer affect downloading songs and syncing my ipod?

Every time I tried to update my graphics driver on my laptop it would freeze at the end and not completely finish. If the NVIDIA graphics driver is not installed properly or corrupt, can that affect the way songs download to my computer or the syncing of my ipod with itunes? Can a graphics driver have any affect with itunes or with the act of downloading files?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.6

The NVIDIA graphics driver on my computer. Every time I try to update it it freezes right before it is finished installing. I was just wondering if that can affect the way songs download to my computer or the syncing of my ipod if the computer is otherwise working fine and I don't notice a difference.

Not likely but if something is prevent update the graphics drives something could be messed up on the computer.

Are y having problem syncing or downloading?

If yes please describe what happens/does not happen
