if I touch the screen or the back casing of the iPhone 6 plus to hard the phone goes to sleep, as if I touched the sleep/wake button. my phone is in a case I don't drop it or anything what could be causing this?

Yea i just made the appointment for tomorrow. Im going to do a complete restore to see if that would help at all.
