Purchased issue

On July 18th, I made a purchase from ***.com for $10.88 within tax. Although I received the



receipt Email of this order, but the item I bought was still not given yet. I made a



contact with IGG support, they made sure that they didn't receive my order, they said the



order maybe still on hold in apple's server. I have made talks with apple support and IGG



support about this issue for several times. So would you please solve this issue as soon as



possible?
