Macbook Pro- Notifications
Is it possible to get the Apple Logo on the back of my Macbook Pro to blink/ glow when I receive a notification, even when it's sleeping and closed?
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), iTunes 12.2

No. Not possible.
I wouldn't say that it's impossible, but I'm not aware of any way to do that currently. Your MacBook Pro is capable of Power Nap, so in theory, someone could make a third-party app to do what you want as long as the app implements Power Nap.
