My ipad mini was being reset as a hard reset and when i turn it on after the hard reset,my device asked me to use the primary icloud id to activate the ipad which is i already forgot the icloud code.HOW CAN I UNLOCK IT SO I CAN ACTIVATE MY IPAD,THANK

thanks ,but my problem is my ipad was lock and there is a email there which is i didnt recognize as mine and that email address suppose to used to unlock the ipad 😟 but i didn't know how and what should i put into the case.
If you no longer can access the email associated with the Apple ID, you'll have to contact Apple.
If the Apple ID to which the iPad is locked, start here:
If it is not, you'll need to get the password from the person to whom the Apple ID belongs.

There is nothing to fix as nothing is broken. That's the way the Activation Lock is supposed to work.
If you are the original purchaser of the device, Apple will remove the lock if you can provide documentation that you are.
but this ipad mini was just sold to me and i dont have any contact of that seller >'( what should i do,this was sold not just long but just 3 weeks aleady
If you can't get your money back from the seller, there's nothing you can do. The iPad is useless to you.
