Activation Issues
HI,
I have contacted customer service regarding my I pad Mini. I had informed her that my daughter was messing around with it and she ended up resetting the whole I pad. The I pad instructed me to enter the same apple ID and i did so but then its keeps saying " Incorrect Apple ID" my ID is still active and I was given instructions from Apple service rep on how to restore. However its still doing the same thing. What do I do now.
