searching with google in safari, first hit doesn't sign me in

Hey,

Just took my laptop to a service in Austria to install OS X Yosemite, it's the second day of using Safari and there is one really annoying thing with the search box and engine.

After I type in the search bar what I would like to look up on Google and hit enter, Google opens up but I am not signed in and the language is set to german.

The yellow box asks me to use the english google or set language preferences, but after I click there and the page opens up, I am already signed in.

This is happening with every single search I do.

I tried signing in to my google account through the german page and change language settings, but this was not the problem.

The first hit when googling something, was going without me being signed in.

I have os x 10.10.4 and safari 8.0.7 (The system was german when installed, I later changed it to english).

Please help me fix this!!
