When I pause my music the sound gets lower. This has happened on 2 devices: an iPhone 5 & 5s. It started on my iPhone 5 & I would have to restart it to get the volume to play properly again. (Of course this was only a temporary fix which lasted about 15-30 minutes each time.) I had reset & restored my iPhone 5 and the problem was still there. Then I switched to an iPhone 5s & I'm still having this problem. I've already cleaned out the earphone jack & reset my iPhone 5s. Anyone know what can be done to fix this problem?
