Window password on boot camp was rejected after I locked my window.

Hello everyone,

I'm new here. I'm not sure this question is for Microsoft or Apple.

Let me explain the situation.

I install Window using boot camp. I can log in to my window after I restarted my Mac. I can use my password. However, after I locked my window, I can't type the same password to log in. It is rejected. I am sure that I used the correct keyboard type. No caps on. But if I restart my mac, open window and type the password, I can log in.

I can't create another user account, I can't change password or disable passwords because window ask password whenever I tried to do those things. And when I type the correct password, it says wrong password.

Do you have any idea?

Thanks for your help.
