Can't receive recover email

Hello,

Myniecehas lost her Iphone, she have access to her mailbox in hotmail (live.com) but when we click on the recover password we did not get any mail from apple i have checked all the spam(junk) folders but there is no letter. I have tried at least 5 times but with the same result..

She don't remember what date of birth has put in when she has created her account, she is 15 years old and i suppose she have entered invalid data..

What can I do in that case ? Is there some support email that i can write to so i can receive the reset password link ?
