My junkmail account can't be deleted

Processor speed 2.66 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory 16 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

I have tried to delete, move to trash still there

Unable to get apple mail from TWC

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

Are you trying to eliminate the Junk Mail folder or the Junk e-mails?
