iTunes 12.2 Playlist bug

Problem: In Playlist I can not select View Options.

Explanation: When I create a new Play list or duplicate en existing Play list I no longer can select View option. It is not avalable, it is greyed-out.

Existing Playlists, that existed before the most recent update, function normally.

Question: Who knows the cause? And better: Who knows the solution?
