RAID Card battery fault

Hi,

I have a mid 2010 Mac Pro 5,1. After booting it up the RAID utility opens and say batter not charged. I have left the computer on and not turned it off and after three day battery still not charged. Is there something I can do or do I need to replace the battery or card? Apple Store were useless. Any help much appreciate.
