about that, i'm not so sure..but i switched it on in my icloud..but the device was offline, cannot locate..
There is nothing you can do unless (a) FindMyPhone is on and (b) the device is online. So send a lock request and wait.

Contact your carrier an have them suspend your line and list your phone as stolen.
