The wife and I went to disney. getting home and printing the pictures I discovered that all the pictures needed cropped and resized and several pictures were totally ruined because of the aspect ration. Is there a way to change the aspect ratio to 3:2
The top picture is straight from iPhoto with some effects that I added, the second is what it looks like after making it a 4x6. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Which app are you using on your iPhone? iPhoto is not supported on iOS8 or later, so you cant be using iPhoto on your iPhone. Or are you using iPhoto on your mac for printing?
I am using the camera that comes with the iPhone. Then I transfer the pictures to my iMac to used iPhoto to edit and enhance the pictures.
In iPhoto you can change the aspect ratio using the Crop tool. Crop the photos before you print them.
Use the "Edit" menu, then click the Crop tool and set the desired aspect ratio in the Custom settings:
