Error code: 1019 PLEASE HELP
PICTURE GENERATES THUMBNAIL ON LEFT HANDSIDE PREVIEW BUT NOT IN MAIN CENTRE OF THE PHOTOS APP
IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE I POSTED THIS QUESTION

what version of Photos and of the OS do you have? where is your Photos library located?
try to describe the issue more clearly and post a screen shot (take a screen short and click on the little camera in the top bar of the compose window)
