I just bought the iWatch and am trying to set up the activity tracker. I asks for my information in kilograms and centimeters instead of US pounds and feet/inches. How do I change those settings? My Watch clock is set to USA LosAngeles.

Apple Watch and your iPhone choose default units (metric or imperial) based on your region.
Check the Apple Watch app on your iPhone:

If you amend these, you can get the units you're looking for.
On a related note, you can also change the units in the Health app on your iPhone via:
I wasn't able to get it done since my phone gives me
HealthData>Height>cm it didn't give me an option to change from cm nor for kg to pounds. How can I do this differently? Joy
