Looping "OS X wants to use System keychain" Request Xcode App Submitting

When I am trying to build my app in Xcode 6.4 I receive a never ending "OS X wants to make changes. Type an administrator's name and pass word to allow this." I have the correct user name and password and the loop continues for ever.

Any help would be appreciated.
