Has Apple changed the number of devices that can stream at one time using iTunes Match?

I tried streaming music on my AppleTV and it said that I had too many devices using content from iTunes. This has never been a problem for me. I tried calling support and after 45 minutes on the phone with someone who spoke English poorly, he finally told me that only one device can now stream music at one time using iTunes match. Is this correct?
