why i did not received passport restart mail in my e-mail address
my phone is not open because of i forget apple password i did restart but but they did not send password restart mail please help .

IF it didn't send you the email after some time, you should contact Apple directly. This is a user to user forum so, people on here can't reset the password for you. On the bottom of this page there is a link to contact them. If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
