How to repair a corrupt quicktime file

I was shooting video with a JVC GY HM 70U attached to AC power when I lost power. The video file that was in progress at the time was corrupted. Is there a free solution for fixing a corrupt quicktime?

Power Mac G5, Mac OS X (10.4.7)
