How do I get rid of whitelist

I Wanted to try to stop some of the aggravating calls on my iPhone and installed something called whitelist. Needless to say it is causing more problems than helping. It's attached itself to my contacts list and I want to get rid of it. Any help appreciated! Thanks

Where did you get this "whitelist" app? I could not find anything by that name in my App Store. If you jailbroke your phone to install something, we can't help you. To delete an app, tap and hold until it wiggles then tap the "X" to delete it. Tap the home button when done.
