my account is free , and my friend send me an amount gift

so my question is

can i sent amount to other from my id

without adding CC info .

iTunes Store credit can’t be spent on any sort of gift.

Apps, subscriptions, or other iTunes content, but not gift cards or gifted items.

You can spend it on music, videos, books, and other content as well, but not transfer it to anyone else.
