Disk Utility will not (or cannot) repair an issue
I ran Disk Utility repair from safe start-up because when my Mac shuts down, it gets to a gray screen where there is spinning spokes and this will not shut off until I press the "restart" button on the back of computer.
When Disk Utility ran repair disk, it stated that it would not repair
Warning: SUIDfile:System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/Mac OS/ARDAgent has been modified and will not be repaired.
Could this possibly be causing the shut down issue? Does the mac need to be taken in for repairs or should I re-install OS X??
iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
