How to reset security question, rare case.
Hello,
My best friend has forgotten the answers of the security questions to his Apple ID.
The thing is, he lives in Iraq, specifically Mosul, where they don't have phone communications there (you can Google it to confirm that), so he asked me to help him out with restoring it, but the agents in Apple support told me that the only way to proceed is only if he makes the call himself.
But, there's no phone communications in his city, internet connection's speed is around 10kbps, and he knows English below average.
So, is there any other way to proceed with resetting his security questions?
I can provide ANY information regarding his account.
