Why are both my iPhone and iPad showing that they are my husband's? I did not change anything and it affects my ability to sync my music and contacts.

Why are both my iPhone and iPad showing that they are my husband's? I did not change anything and it affects my ability to sync my music and contacts. How can I get it to show that they are my iPhone and iPad so my accounts are aligned?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4
