Why are both my iPhone and iPad showing that they are my husband's? I did not change anything and it affects my ability to sync my music and contacts. How can I get it to show that they are my iPhone and iPad so my accounts are aligned?

I think that you need to be more specific and provide more details? What do you mean by syncing? With iTunes? Syncing with iCloud? If you share an iCloud account that could explain why you are getting his contacts.
