60w magsafe power adapter is not working

I was charging my macbook pro with a 60w magsafe power adapter for an hour and it was charging.Suddenly don't know why the the LED light of my adapter stopped lighting and stopped charging my computer. I don't know why its happening. A month ago, the same problem had happened and I solved this problem with the help of this forum. What can I do now. Please give me any suggestion.
