How do I add several different pages document to another pages document to make a booklet?
iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
Have you tried opening the documents in Preview and then going Preview/View/Thumbnails to merge them?
You didn't say what version of pages you are using, but....
In Pages 5.xx you can't merge them within Pages but you can use the "Open With" function (Control Click) and open with Preview. There you can drag the pages you want and combine them into one document.
Open the second document in the string. Select all, then Select Copy.
Close the first document and open the Document you want to add too.
Place the cursor at the end of the document. Tap and select Paste.
That effectively adds the second document to the first. Continue until all documents are in the first document.
Hi Thanks fp this. Tried this but seemed to get lots of blank pages in-between and then I couldn't see how to save the new document. Have tried the copy and paste option which is much slower as have lots of images added and have to group but seems to be doing the trick.
