Iphone 4 doesnt update.i dont want to restore as not done back-up
my I-phone 4 has stopped working. I connected to iTunes as advised on screen. Couldnot update due to unknown error.(21) I don't want to restore as back up not done. Help please to update.
iPhone 4, iOS 6.1, my computer has windows 8
