no volume control with focus rite 2i4

I have a Focusrite 2i4 audio interface. I have installed the "class compliance" as suggested by Focusrite. Now there is no volume control on the keyboard (iMac) and it is Xed out. I would like to use this as it has 4 outputs. Any ideas?

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012)

Thanks for the reply. I have no test setup button displayed. This device doesn't allow the volume or DB's to be selected from the output menu.
