iTunes 12 does not recognize my ipod

Just want to state that iTunes *****. Every new version they launch has bugs. This time (version 12) does not recognize my iPod and now I need to reset it as a new one and all the content and settings will be erased.


iTunes is a selling point for Apple products and they should tested before launching new versions.


Good job Apple, you made me frustrated again.


Additional token: iTunes takes forever to start, more than 3 min (in 2015!).
