itunes does not recognize my USB ports.

iPhone 6, 6 , & iPad all running IOS 8.4 will not Sync in iTunes.

I ran iTunes diagnostics and it indicates there are no USB ports, there are 10 USB ports all will charge the phones.

Windows File Explorer recognizes the phones when plugged.

I am running on a Dell XPS 8700 with Windows 10.

I have reloaded ITunes 3 times, shut down and restarted my phones twice and rebooted the computer 3 times (after each reload of iTunes).

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.4

It's probably not be a USB port issue.

First disable anti virus software then reinstall ITunes. If your iPad and iPhone still aren't recognized in iTunes, you may need to uninstall then reinstall iTunes again.

I see that you have Windows 10 installed. Try the instructions for the Windows 8

Here > How to restart the Apple Mobile Device Service (AMDS) on Windows
