Configurator Backup/Restore App Data

We have approximately 400 iPad's we need to mass deploy with our settings and an app, the only thing is that after the app is downloaded and run, we download extra files (media files) in the app, about 3.5GB's worth of data.

Is there a way to configure 1 iPad downloaded with the 3.5GB of additional data, back it up and restore it onto all of the other iPad's with Apple Configurator?
