What kinds of videos can I sell on iTunes, and where can I get more information?

My primary question is, what varieties of videos does apple accept for sale on iTunes? We have a series of short documentaries, and all they seem to mention is feature films. It will be a direct to video production, I believe.

I have more questions, and don't expect to have them answered here. Where can I find more info on iTunes' video selling service, such as what cut of the profits they take, who we can sell to, and whether we have a say of pricing?
