Time zone problem Santiago, Chile

Hi,

For those experiencing problems with time zones and appointments, in the Santiago, Chile Time Zone, I have found a way to work around it that works. During the rest of the winter months, manually use the Halifax, Canada Time Zone, as this is UTM-4 summer time, which is what Santiago is currently using. This works better than using Buenos Aires UTM-3, which creates conflicts with calendar invitations which go through Exchange or Outlook servers.
