When I plug in my iPhone 5c into its charger and am on it it freaks out and goes to different pages or click on random apps! Pls help

Try charging from a different wall outlet or computer

That is very often the symptom of a bad charging cable. Try a different cable. If changing the cable doesn't help, it may be that your digitizer is going bad. In that case, make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store.
