i just ordered an iphone but i need to return it back as it costs me alot, when i follow the link "return item" i navigated to login page and when entering my username and password i got the message that i don't have Permission to access this order and that is true as when i ordered this otem i ordered it as a guest !
appreciating ur quickly reply as i'll travel at the end of the week.

Call Apple. If it's already being prepared for shipment, you may have to wait until it arrives and then return it.
Apple will not accept a return unless there's something wrong with the iPhone regardless of costs.

DO you know any email address to contact apple regarding this problem as i may be not apple to contact them through a phone call?!!

Huh? Apple has a 14 day no questions asked return policy, provided the item is not physically damaged.

Why can you not call them? You can look up contact information on the web site just as easily as we can. Probably easier, actually, since we don't even know what country you're in.
