I just updated to iTunes 12.2 and lost all my playlists. I'm so frustrated with apple releases that create a project to get it working correctly again. Is there an easy fix to this?
Windows 7, lost playlists!
Make sure you are logging in to your itunes.
Restore your library from a recent backup or, if you've failed to maintain a backup of your iTunes library, see turingtest2's user tip on Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash.
I did find an old version and renamed it - phew - got all the playlists back. Thanks
