iPHone 6, 64GB, 15 in use. Took pictures as recently as a couple of hours ago -- next time I went to wake it to take more, got only this black screen. hPhone as been plugged in to power for more than an hour now with no change. Suggestions? Please?
Hi, i am not sure this one would help your issues or not.
But you can give it a shot.
Press your power button and the home key for a few seconds, probably like 10-15 seconds and then that will restart your phone. And hopefully, it will be back in normal. Cheers!
