After Windows 10 Upgrade, Itunes won't authorize my computer

I upgraded my pc from Windows 8.1 to 10 today and iTunes won't allow me to authorize my computer. I'm unable to stream apple music or any song I have purchased but not downloaded. I'm using the most recent version of iTunes as well. Is this a known issue?
