i have iPhone 6 plus and i have problem when i need to reset it it ask me to put the account for i cloud and i forgot it and i need to reset it like new and when i did it it ask me again for the account please help

RReset the password. the activation lock won't let you restore until you do and turn off iClouds find my iPhone. If that's not possible, I have also heard of a few people bringing proof of purchase to an Apple Store to get them to remove the account.
