Sign into the same iCloud account on both your iPhone 6 and your Mac and turn on Contacts. They will be automatically pushed to any device or computer that is signed into the same iCloud account, and sync'd automatically as changes are made:


On iPhone 6: Settings>iCloud, sign in and turn on "Contacts"


On Mac: System Preferences>iCloud, sign in and turn on "Contacts"
