Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Recently, the left click button on my mouse stopped working while trying to use hotmail. I've tried both Chrome and Safari with same result. I've tried emptying cache in chrome and reset safari w/o any progress. I have a 27" IMac running OS 10.9.5.

Start up in Safe Mode.

Safari > Preferences > Extensions
Turn off Extensions if any and launch Safari again to test.
Turn on those one by one and test.

I ended up going to apple store and it seems to have been a conflict w/Net Nanny filter software.
